To Dare, Together: Truth Seeking in the Depths for Healing, Transformation, & Collective Liberation
Hello friend! I’m so grateful you’re here. I created this space for you and I to spend some time together. To Dare, Together. To seek the truth in the depths. To Dare to tune into the wisdom and pleasure of our bodies. To honor the places that hold pain and renewal. To Dare to descend and arise, transformed in the never ending cycle of death and regeneration. To reenchant the world around us from a more embodied and integrated place. To Dare to join in honest connection where liberation, love, equity, beauty, joy, gratitude, sensuality, dignity, and reverence for all life on earth is at the heart of our sacred space.
I am your host, Erin O'Brien, licensed psychotherapist in practice for over 20 years, intuitive healer, relationship counselor, and dare I say, witch, and if you are willing, your friend. Together we will descend into the mystery, into the exquisite darkness because true liberation starts with healing from the inside out. And it happens when we dare to go there, together.
Where are we going, you may ask? Well, we are delving into all the realms of our experience. We will move through our body, heart, mind, soul, spirit, original and chosen family, relationships, communities, cultures, dominant systems in society, intergenerational patterning, ancestral wounds and wisdom, and the great expanse of our collective. Because when we are together, we will seek to know what’s true. We will alchemize and transform, knowing that our fates are inevitably intertwined with one another. So let’s will it together.
My offering here will be a combination of solo explorations together, and deep dives with other like-hearted therapists, healers, intuitives, activists, magickal practitioners, artists, abolitionists, astrologers, visionaries, witches, and more. I want to support our journey of transformation by sharing practices that we can facilitate because ultimately we are our own wisest guide, healer, and teacher. Our body holds so much intelligence if we just slow down enough to listen. When we know how to keep silent and just be, just breathe, just listen, we know how to summon our greatest powers of transformation.
We will explore practices that focus on increasing our somatic awareness, trauma integration, and nervous system regulation. We will work with our shadow to illuminate what needs to be alchemized or released. We will dismantle our internalized systems of dominance and extraction so we resonate with the reciprocity and abundance of life. We will deepen our understanding of intersectionality and how our social location in the world shifts our experiences of power and disembodiment. We will strive to relate with others in ways that are embodied and promote connection, celebrate differentiation, and respectfully move through rupture or conflict so that all beings preserve their dignity. We will conjure the wisdom of our ancestors to strengthen our communal spaces. We will create rituals to attune with the cycles of nature, lunar rhythms, astrology, and the wheel of the year. We will do pathworkings and divination to deepen our relationship to our Higher Self, Spirit Team, Intuition, Magick, Soul’s purpose, and so much more.
We are all here on Earth right now. It’s time To Dare to take a stand for healing, transformation, and collective liberation. And the first step starts from within. Let’s take it together.
“As above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul.” – unknown

Full Moon Healing Ritual + Invitation To Join My Coven's Healing List
In today’s episode, the Capricorn Full Moon offers us a powerful opportunity to examine the structures we've built and whether they truly serve our highest purpose. With the sun in Cancer, this exploration of the Cancer-Capricorn axis reveals how these seemingly opposite energies are actually complementary parts of a whole. Cancer represents our emotional foundations—home, family, nurturance—while Capricorn embodies our tangible foundations—achievement, purpose, and long-term goals. As we work with these energies, we honor both the cancer within us—our need for emotional security and rootedness—and the capricorn that takes us up the highest mountain toward our deepest purpose. The magick happens when we bring these seemingly opposite forces into harmony, creating a life that honors both our inner truth and our outward expression in the world.
The heart of this episode is a complete full moon ritual you can perform at home. I guide you through casting a sacred circle, honoring the elements, and creating space for profound healing and shadow integration. You'll learn how to invoke each quarter—East (air), South (fire), West (water), North (earth), and Spirit—to create a powerful container for your healing work. Remember that you already possess all the necessary tools within yourself. Your inner elements, your connection to spirit, and your intentions are powerful catalysts for transformation.
My coven, Grail of the Birch Moon, performs this healing work monthly during the Full Moon, and I invite you to be included in my coven's monthly healing ritual—because in these challenging times, we all need community and support on our journey toward wholeness. What makes this work powerful is our collective intention and the ancient understanding that healing happens on multiple levels—physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. If you'd like to make a healing request, use the fan mail option and let me know!
Recorded 7/10/25
Hello and welcome back. Get ready to dare together Truth-seeking in the depths for healing, transformation and collective liberation. I'm your host, erin O'Brien, licensed psychotherapist in practice for over 20 years, intuitive healer, relationship counselor and, dare I say, witch. So today is July 10th. I'm recording this episode on the full moon in Capric. My coven does every month at the time of the full moon last night that you can use to do your own full moon ritual of healing, transformation, integration, whatever you feel like. You are ready to release and alchemize, because this full moon is perfect for that type of work. And I'm going to go into a little bit more about my tradition and the covens that are part of my tradition.
Speaker 1:So, before we do all that, I would love to get into a bit about the astrology for this full moon. So, like I said, it is in Capricorn, which is the sea goat that dives deep and climbs high. This is the sign of structure and commitments and responsibility. It's an earth sign, and this full moon also is working with the access of the sun in cancer. We are still in cancer season. The really amazing thing about this is Capricorn and cancer are on an axis, which means they are opposites. I spoke a bit about this last episode, when I was sharing that my moon is in Taurus and my sun is in Scorpio, and they share an axis of opposites as well, which is not something we regularly talk about in astrology. And again, newbie to astrology Well, let me be fair, not a full newbie, more someone who has been a student for years and has realized that the more I learn, the more I am aware that I don't know. I learn the more I am aware that I don't know. So I love to learn and there's always more. So the access, the duality of Capricorn and Cancer, and why this is important to understand, is for you to really achieve your highest expression of your sign whether you're looking at your sun sign, moon sign, rising sign to be able to also have a deep understanding of its opposite sign, because they are parts of the same whole. They just have different approaches and I'm learning more about all of this.
Speaker 1:So the access between Capricorn and Cancer this is the foundation of the self and the foundation needed to bring our dreams out into the world. So Cancerian is emotional foundations and Capricorn is tangible foundations. It's the access of legacy emerging, of what we receive from our lineage and what we choose to leave behind long after we are gone. So Cancer and Capricorn are sort of a through line bridging the past and the future. Cancer is the inward pull that allows for the outward push of Capricorn. That's sort of the access. Cancer is our home, our roots, our emotional realm and Capricorn is the heights, the achievements, the goals that we hold for the long term. This is the long vision type of journey. The long term, this is the long vision type of journey. So this full moon in particular is really inviting us to explore any imbalances between what we're building externally and how that's impacting us internally, what we are driven to create in terms of our purpose. How is that affecting our home, our bodies, our internal realm? And you know to be transparent because you know what else is there.
Speaker 1:This morning I had a conversation with my partner and you know she is at home with our kids this summer and she's a teacher, so she has off in the summer and our children are not in school as well. So she's really doing all the home realm responsibilities she is feeding us, she is cleaning, she is getting the food, filling the fridge, doing the laundry. I mean all the stuff that makes up a home that feels safe and satisfying and peaceful and filled with harmony. I mean, she's really doing all that. Meanwhile I, you know she's kind of representing cancer and her son is in cancer, by the way and I'm aware that I'm kind of really embodying this Capricorn energy because I am still working full time in my practice and, you know, putting energy into this passion podcast and really involved with my coven and, like I said a minute ago, you know, participated in our monthly full moon ritual of healing that we send out to the earth to all the people that want to be included in our healing work that we do and more on that later because I have an idea that I would love to bring in here into this dimension If you are in need of healing, you can send me a message through I think it's fan mail is through the podcast where I, where I host my podcast, is through buzzsprout. I don't know if you can do it on other, I need to research this but essentially I would love to invite you if you're listening right now and you want to receive healing. I do this every month with my coven. We are a healing coven and we take people's healing requests and we put your name and your request in the grail, in the cauldron, and we extend that energy and that healing energy to you and that's part of what we do, that's part of our dedicated work in our coven. So send me some fan mail and you can just put your name and briefly what your healing request is and I will see that as your consent and your permission and I will put you on our healing list and I would love to do that for you if you would love to be a part of that. So I'll leave that there.
Speaker 1:And now I lost my train of thought because this is like my Gemini rising just blah, blah, blah all the places. Anyway, I was having this conversation with my partner and realizing that there is maybe some reckoning that I need to do and how I'm feeling really, that like outward push to do all the things that take me away from home and my core heart, my purpose, is to be with my home, you know, be embodied. When I'm at home and receive that restoration and nourishment, I can bring that energy back out into the world and so, realizing that, as I'm actually today, I realized today, on the full moon, is my last day of working and then I'm going to be taking two weeks off for summer vacation and I'm just kind of sitting in this moment realizing oh wow, this cancer, capricorn, push and pull if you will between home and climbing the mountain. You know doing, doing all the things, the doing versus the being. This is a moment for me to be with that, that tug that happens, and so I'm holding that. And I'm also thinking about full moons in general and how they are an amazing opportunity to release, to heal, to reflect on seeds you plant in the new moon and how they have come to fruition. And this full moon will be happening at exactly 4.36 PM Eastern time, and we'll see if I can actually publish this and edit it and do all the things at the time of the full moon. And again, this full moon is encouraging us to assess what you need to release that's holding you back. Are you in alignment with your core sense of purpose and the way that you're climbing the mountain, the steps that you take each day, the rhythms, the rituals, and what needs to be shifted, what needs to be let go?
Speaker 1:So I want to move a bit now into looking at my particular tradition and my coven and talk a little bit about that because Capricorn also is the circle that my coven is a part of, and so what do I mean by that? My larger tradition, which is called Assembly of the Sacred Wheel. You can Google us. We have a website that shares all our information and has all 14 covens listed there, and each of the covens are a part of a circle of four covens, and so we do a lot of work together and each coven is representative of an element. So my coven, grail of the Birch Moon, is the water coven of our circle of Capricorn and how fitting to talk about this at the Capricorn full moon. And the other covens that are a part of our circle is Coven of the Mystic Path and that is an air coven. Order of the World Tree, that is the fire coven, and Tenders of the Earth Temple and that is the earth coven. So we get together regularly and work together and do magical work, do liberation work, do energetic healing. So it's really an amazing group of folks that I've come to know and can't wait to know even more and really cherish, and so I want to talk a little bit about our tradition.
Speaker 1:The Assembly of the Sacred Wheel is a legally recognized Wiccan non-profit religious organization based in the Mid-Atlantic region. The form of Wicca that the Assembly practices is syncretic and draws inspiration from astrology, kabbalah, the Western magical tradition and the folk religions of Europe. Keepers of the Hali Chalice. The founding coven of the assembly began its life in February of 1984. The assembly was incorporated in the state of Delaware in 1993 and was granted 501c3 status by the IRS in 1995. The assembly currently consists of 14 covens, and here's the order in which they were created or founded First was Keepers of the Holly Chalice.
Speaker 1:Coven of the Rowan Star, oak and Willow. Weavers of the Moonfire. Guardians of the Wind Sword. Fellowsvers of the moon fire. Guardians of the wind sword. Fellowship of the ancient white stag troop of the starry door. Tenders of the earth temple. Order of the world tree. Grill of the birch moon that's me, that's the one I'm part of. Coven of the mystic path. Archers of the sacred flame. Bears of the earth flame and theophan, and there is a few more coming soon that are currently in a birthing process.
Speaker 1:I also want to name the elders of the assembly, and these are the folks that founded the assembly way back when. So we have Ivo Dominguez Jr, we have Robin Fennelly, we have Michael G Smith and James C Welsh, so you can Google any of these folks. They have incredible books and workshops and all things that support your development as a magical practitioner, as a pagan, as a Wiccan, and so it's really exciting. I want to also name some of the places that our covens are located, in case you're interested. If you are a solitary practitioner, if you just feel witchy, if you're someone looking for community with like-hearted folks that are working towards re-enchanting the world with inspiration and love and hope and liberation and justice, these are some really incredible opportunities to connect, and all the covens put on different offerings workshops, public rituals, things that you can go check them out and participate with. Some have meetup groups, and so I'm just going to read the covens and where they're located.
Speaker 1:So Archers of the Sacred Flame is in Montgomery County, pa. Bearers of the Earth Temple are in Dover, georgetown, delaware, dover slash, georgetown area. Coven of the Mystic Path is in Springfield, pa. Coven of the Rhone Star is in Georgetown, delaware. Fellowship of the Ancient White Stag is in Frederick, maryland. Gorilla of the Birch Moon is in Newcastle County, delaware. Guardians of the Wind Sword is in Georgetown, delaware. Keepers of the Holly Chalice is in Bel Air, maryland. Oak and Willow is in Drexel Hill, pa. Order of the World Tree chalice is in bel-air, maryland. Oak and willow is in drexel hill, pa. Order of the world tree is in northern new jersey. Tenders of the earth temple is in philly, pa. Theophania is in washington dc. Troop of the starry door is in georgetown, delaware. Weavers of the moon fire is in montgomery, county, pa.
Speaker 1:And so if you're interested in any of those covens I'm literally paraphrasing and reading off of the website so you can go check them out. This is all public information that you can gather and do your own exploration around. I highly encourage you to if you're looking for community, because we all need community right now. So I pulled a card from one of my favorite divination decks and this is a deck that I've talked about before Celtic Goddesses, witches and Queens. It's an oracle deck and I get some guidance and I sort of asked what's the message for this full moon? What do we need to hear right in this moment?
Speaker 1:And it's really fascinating, actually, because I got the Boudicca card, and Boudicca is an amazing figure in British history, an amazing figure in British history, and Boudicca was the queen of the Iceni tribe I don't know if I'm pronouncing that correctly who lived in what is now Norfolk, in the east of England. Boudicca's name means victory and she led an uprising against the occupying Romans in 60 to 61 CE. While there was a lot of destruction and extraction and brutality going on across the land, she rose up and fought back and really awful things had been done to both her and her daughters, according to historical recounting of who this person was and what happened. So I thought this was interesting to pull this card on the cancer capricorn full moon. I mean, the moon is in Capricorn but the sun is in Cancer. We're in Cancer season and at first I almost, to be honest, wanted to do a re-pull.
Speaker 1:I was like maybe I just didn't quite connect in when I was shuffling and then I realized, oh, this is exactly right, because the divinatory meaning for Buddhika as giving this message. Sometimes the only answer is to resist, to fight, to stand up for what you believe in and what needs protecting, and that is very much Cancerian energy. Protect your home, the people that you love, your body right. You may win, you may lose, but something more is lost if you never try Be aware of the forces of injustice around you. And the prayer to Boudicca is this it is precious that I may try, no matter the fears I face, and whatever the outcome. May I conduct myself well, may I know the victory of pride in my actions and nobility of heart. So this card also speaks to remembering the old values of honor and bravery and serving or protecting something greater right All of us, the collective. The path of nobility, of queenship, caring for all is the best guide to being the warrior within.
Speaker 1:So I decided I was not going to re-pull, that I was going to just go with Boudica in all of her blazing glory, in what she has to offer this full moon right now. So another thing that I wanted to do today, during this episode and I'm trying to be mindful, I know my last few episodes have been about an hour and so I'm trying to be a little more brief, but we'll see how that goes, because I can be chatty and really go off on a thing when I feel passionate about it what I want to offer is a casting, a way to honor the quarters and spirit for this full moon. If you are someone who wants to release something or do some shadow work or do some healing transformation, the full moon is a wonderful time to do that, to sort of look at, okay, what have I been creating, what am I building? And this full moon in particular in Capricorn what is it that you have built and what needs to be released for you to continue to create? Or do you still want to keep building that thing? Or is there an imbalance between your sense of home, belonging to yourself, your integrity, your alignment, your core values, what you're here to do to be to offer right, and how you're climbing towards that. What's the long vision? So I'm probably being a little redundant right now. I'm going to just get to it.
Speaker 1:So this is a casting that I created for a past ritual, but I really love it and it was the first ritual I created for Imbolc, which is Bridget's holiday at February. So I'm going to pull it forth here and it feels appropriate to the energies of what's going on and I pull a lot from, obviously, the training that I get from my coven and my incredibly wise high priestess and all the other covens and all the rituals that I participated in. So, again, a forever student in the art of healing and magic and ritual and ceremonial magic. And the full moon is a special time because that's when my coven gathers and we do our healing work. So I wanted to pull that forth and offer something here for you to use, and you can sit quietly as I go through what I've created as a casting.
Speaker 1:You can do the casting, you can open the gates, you can call in those energies and do your own pathworking, do your own healing work for this full moon and put yourself in the cauldron and call out the things that you want healing for and put other people in the cauldron that you love and that you want to offer healing energy towards. And, of course, consent matters. That is a real thing. So the way that I understand this is the ethics of magic include inviting those folks whom you have not gotten permission or consent to put them in said cauldron. You invite their higher self to discern if the healing is appropriate and right for them to receive for their highest path and purpose, and so that's a way to be mindful of consent around ethics of ritual and magic.
Speaker 1:So I'm going to start with East and with the energies of that element of air, and I'm going to share what I created for this full moon Hail East spirits of air. Just as the soil in early spring softens to make way for new growth. We ask that you please bring us a new understanding of what lies within us. Let the dawning sun of a new day reveal the bright beginnings that can only emerge from the dark. Give us the clarity to know that which has been forgotten. Join us in this right toward reclamation and allow seeds of our true self, lost long ago, be collected and ready to be planted now.
Speaker 1:And then you say, once you've opened the gate in whatever way that you do and in my tradition we use the pentacle and we use the pentacle of air. And I get all of this information from a incredible book, rich in knowledge around doing castings, called Casting Sacred Space, by Ivo Dominguez Jr, who's one of the elders of my tradition, and so I pull a lot from there, and also another book that he's written called the Four Elements of the Wise, wonderful book. So then you say and the gate of the East is open, we bid you hail and welcome. And then you move to South and you can get an app on your phone and you can find out the directions in your home space and you can put up altars and you can indicate which altar holds the element that you are honoring and it's personal, and there are things that represent air to me, like poetry and feathers and the raven, and those are things you can put on your altar for air.
Speaker 1:Now, moving towards south, and we go clockwise when we're casting sacred space for rituals such as a full moon healing ritual, hail south, spirits of fire, just as our eternal flame sheds light where there once was shadow. We ask that you please bring us new sight into how our past affects us. Let the midday sun from the heart of summer transform our harsh memories frozen in time, enliven within us the will to forge a new purpose from out of the pain, join us in this right of integration and illuminate the lost parts of ourselves so they can ascend from the blind spot within. And the gate of the South is open. We bid you hail and welcome. And on South, I typically have things that feel very fiery to me, have things that feel very fiery to me, which can include I use a stag, which is the symbol of the South in Druidry and Celtic mythology, and sometimes I'll put a dragon on there and we use the color red and, of course, a candle or for some fire.
Speaker 1:Okay, now moving to the West and I'm a Scorpio, I'm very watery and I'm also in a water coven, so there's that. This is my very comfy place. Hail West, spirits of water. Just as the river shapes the land over time, we ask that you please help open our access to the deep well of remembering, so that we too may reshape ourselves. Let the sunset over an abundant autumn harvest invite us to dare greatly for ourselves. We ask that you please give us the courage to finally embrace our own entire reflection. Join us in this rite of healing and allow your currents of unity descend to the depths within us.
Speaker 1:Now, and the gate of the West is open, we bid you hail and welcome, and the West for me. Always there's a glass holding water and seashells. I have often a Bridget statue, who symbolizes healing for me, and I have a healing coin that I've kept, but I don't know where I got it, but I love it and I usually put that on my West altar, and I also have a little figure of a salmon which in, again, celtic mythology, in the Druid practice, is the animal for the West Moving to the North. Hail North, spirits of Earth. Just as the bear finds shelter in the cave of stillness. We ask that you please give us the fortitude to trust our own process in the quiet. Let the sun of a winter's midnight provide the doorway into our shadowlands and give us the ability to be silent and become like the owl who can sense in the dark. Join us in this rite of wholeness and allow our shadow selves to be restored back in harmony and with purpose.
Speaker 1:Now, and the gate of the north is open, we bid you hail and welcome. Now, moving to the center of the circle, we invoke spirit, and typically there's a center altar and you can have things that represent spirit. In my tradition, there typically can be an egg or an oval image, and so hail, spirit, ether and quintessence, just as the tide of imminence rejoins that which has been separated. We ask that you please bring us back into connection with our soul and the source of all things. Let the experience of transcendence expand our awareness of all that we are and all that we are becoming, fuel, our divine spark to go forward. Consciousness, as you are the rippling surface between the up-dwelling depths of the soul and the descending eternal spirit within each of us, be with us now, and the gate to spirit is open. We bid you hail and welcome.
Speaker 1:And once you have cast the circle and you can use anything. My coven mates often will say we are the tool. We have all the tools in us, and so your inner fire, your inner water, your inner air, your inner earth, and you can use your finger as your wand, right Like. We have them all in us. We are made up of all these sacred elements. That is all a part of the divine and the divine is in us. So these are some of my beliefs, and you can cast the circle and you would have already done this right, as you're moving from each quarter, from each altar, you're imagining that you are creating this beautiful sacred space, this beautiful circle that holds the container for whatever healing work you are going to do during this full moon. And so, once you have created the circle, you can say as above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul, and then you are in a place that is not a place, a time that is not a time. You are in between the heartbeats of the world and all that is sacred is with you and listening and present.
Speaker 1:And you can also call on any of your spirit team or the deities that support your path and purpose, your ancestors of any realm. I often call on my queer ancestors, my healing ancestors, my Celtic ancestors, my ancestors of spoken word and who have passion and inspiration to create, and who have passion and inspiration to create, and I also will then move into what the work is going to be for you. And so you can imagine a cauldron, or maybe you have one, you can imagine a chalice, and you can put yourself in that space for healing and you can name what you want healing for and you can put other people that you love, again asking for consent from their higher self, into that cauldron, into that chalice for healing. You can put the earth, you can put the land, you can put your animals, you can put the plants together, you can put anything that your heart is called to offer healing toward. And then, when you've spent time there, you imagine that you can raise that energy up. You can uplift it out into the cosmos, into the full moon themselves, the lunar deity. You can offer that into the divine, and that energy you can trust is received, and that healing energy is dispersed where it's meant to go, and this is powerful. I mean we hear from folks that asked to be put on our healing list. We hear back the ways that they have received healing and the ways that things have transformed for them. So this is powerful magic, powerful energy healing. And so once you've completed that, you can offer gratitude towards that work, towards the right that you just completed.
Speaker 1:And once you feel like it is complete, you then move back around and you close each quarter, you close the gate, the gate to the east, the south, the west and the north. And my closing, my banishing, if you will, goes something like this Hail East, spirits of air, we offer our thanks for your renewal, rebirth and reclamation and we are deeply blessed by your power, love and wisdom in this healing right. Stay if you will go, if you must, this healing right. Stay if you will go, if you must. And then you use whatever you use to close the gate. And again, in my tradition, we use the pentacle and we do the pentacle for air, again pulled from casting sacred space by one of my elders, ivo Dominguez Jr. And once you've closed the gate and the gate to the east is closed, we bid you hail and farewell and as you're closing the circle, you're imagining that you're dispersing the energy and that the energy can fall into the earth and be absorbed and replenish the soil and so that energy just beautifully falls down into the roots. Hail South, spirits of fire. We offer our thanks for your illumination, transformation and integration and we are deeply blessed by your power, love and wisdom in this healing rite. Stay, if you will go, if you must, and then we do the pentacle for fire in banishing fire, and the gate to the south is closed. We bid you hail and farewell, and then you're moving, continuing on the circle till you reach west.
Speaker 1:Hail west, spirits of water. We offer our thanks for your reshaping, remembering and unifying, and we are deeply blessed by your power, love and wisdom in this healing rite. Stay, if you will go, if you must, and we banish with water and the gate to the west is closed. We bid you hail and farewell. Farewell, and again you're moving along the circle again, imagining that you're dispersing that energy that created the container and you're offering it to the earth for renewal of the soil. Because we live here, we are stewards, we forget, but that's real. Hail north, spirits of earth. We offer our thanks for your stillness, wholeness and harmony and we are deeply blessed by your power, love and wisdom in this healing right. Stay if you will go, if you must, and we banish with earth the earth pentacle and the gate to the north is closed. We bid you hail and farewell. And now we're going to move to spirit. Where are you? Spirit? Aha, hail, spirit, ether and quintessence. We offer our thanks for your imminence, transcendence and waking consciousness. We are deeply blessed by your power, love and wisdom in this healing rite. Stay if you will go, if you must, and then for the gate to spirit, which is in the center and you're looking up, and then you pull it down. We do the earth pentacle here and the gate is closed. We bid you hail and farewell.
Speaker 1:Now, some of my casting for spirit I pulled directly from the elements of the wise. So some of this is Ivo Dominguez's words when he talks about the fifth element. And there you have it, folks. That is a quick walkthrough casting for a Full Moon Healing Rite and you can use this, you can create your own words and you also can put yourself on my healing list and I will bring your request to my Coven's next Full Moon Healing Ritual, which will be in August. Full moon healing ritual, which will be in August, and let me also name that when we receive requests from people, they are confidential. They are treated with the utmost HIPAA, if you will, and so what gets expressed at the chalice, at the cauldron, stays there, and that is a sacred oath that we hold.
Speaker 1:I will leave this here for now and I'm going to talk a lot more about doing rituals and ceremonial magic and healing, and this, in particular, is healing and transformational magic, having to do with bringing things up from the shadow so we can really look at them and we can really understand what needs to be released, what parts need to be healed, and do we want to continue to build in the ways that we have been, to stay true to ourselves, to our inner home, to our home here on earth, where we all belong.
Speaker 1:And let me say one more thing actually, in the casting, I use the witch's pyramid, and so part of this podcast and the title to dare together comes from the witches pyramid and, in particular, west and the water element and healing, and that's really purposeful, because that's my way of weaving in some magic into this space and calling on that energy, calling on that energy, and so I look forward to doing more of this with you and thank you for being here with me today. I'm your host, erin O'Brien, licensed psychotherapist in practice for over 20 years, intuitive healer, relationship counselor, and, dare I say, which as above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul. Bye for now, thank you.
